Terms
Terms of travel
These terms apply to every journey on the NN-Bride Klondike Heritage Railway and to this website. Inspector Gus has read them twice.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Who we are
NN-Bride Klondike Heritage Railway (“NN-Bride”, “we”) runs heritage excursion trains from its depot at 1102 Front Street, Dawson City, Yukon Y0B 1G0, Canada. Contact: (867) 993-4127, info.nnbride@gmail.com.
2. Bookings and payment
Bookings are made by phone or email only. Once we confirm availability, seats are held for 72 hours under a booking reference. A booking is confirmed when payment in full has been received by card over the phone or at the depot window. Unpaid holds are released automatically after 72 hours.
3. Fares and taxes
Fares are quoted per person in Canadian dollars and exclude 5% GST, which is added at payment. Adult fares apply from age 13, senior fares from 65, child fares from 3 to 12. Children under 3 travel free on an adult’s lap. Fares for the 2027 season are fixed once your booking is paid.
4. Changes and cancellations by you
- 7 days or more before departure: full refund.
- 48 hours to 7 days before departure: 50% refund, or one free move to another date in the same season.
- Less than 48 hours before departure, or a missed train: no refund.
Refunds go back to the original card within 10 business days.
5. Changes and cancellations by us
We may cancel or shorten a journey for weather, wildfire smoke, track conditions, wildlife on the line or a mechanical fault. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or free rebooking. If a journey is shortened by more than half its scheduled length, we refund 50% of the fare. We are not responsible for hotel, travel or other costs caused by a cancellation.
6. Boarding
Collect boarding passes at the depot window from 30 minutes before departure. Doors close 2 minutes before departure, and the train leaves on time. Anyone who arrives after the doors close counts as a missed train.
7. Safety and conduct
- Stay seated while the train is moving, especially in the open-air Midnight Dome car.
- Do not lean out of windows or open doors between stations.
- Follow crew instructions at all times. The crew may refuse travel to anyone who puts others at risk.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the train or the depot platform.
- Drones may not be flown from the train or over the track.
8. Children
Passengers under 16 must travel with an adult who is responsible for them throughout the journey, including at stops.
9. Alcohol
Alcohol is served only in Ruby’s Parlour on the Midnight Sun Special, to guests aged 19 and over with valid photo ID. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Staff may refuse service at their discretion.
10. Animals and luggage
Only trained service animals may travel. Each passenger may bring one day bag. Strollers must be folded and stored in the coach luggage rack.
11. Gold panning
On Gold Fields Day, gold recovered on our practice claim at Grand Forks belongs to the person who panned it. Prospecting, digging or removing material anywhere else along the line is forbidden, because the surrounding ground is held under active mining claims.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Yukon or Canada. Otherwise our liability for any journey is limited to the fare paid. Please look after your personal belongings.
13. This website
The text and illustrations on this site belong to NN-Bride. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Timetables and fares are checked carefully. If they ever differ from your booking confirmation, the confirmation applies.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Yukon and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
