Privacy policy

In short: this website does not track you. We only receive personal information when you choose to phone or email us.

What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage.
  • It runs no analytics, statistics, advertising or social-media scripts, pixels or tags.
  • It loads no fonts, images, maps, videos or scripts from other websites. Every file comes from this site.
  • It has no forms, accounts or online payments, so nothing you type is sent anywhere.

The only script on the site opens and closes the menu on small screens. It does not collect or send any information.

Technical server logs

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may automatically record basic technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. This is used only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify visitors, build profiles or combine it with other data.

When you contact us

If you phone or email us, we receive the information you choose to share. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, travel date, party size and any accessibility needs. We use it only to answer your question, manage your booking and contact you if your train is changed or cancelled.

Our email inbox is provided by a third-party email service, so messages you send us are stored on that service’s servers.

Card payments

Card payments are taken by phone and keyed straight into our payment terminal. We do not write down, email or keep full card numbers. Please never send card details by email.

How long we keep information

  • Booking records (name, date, fare paid): six years, as required for Canadian tax records.
  • Emails and phone notes that did not lead to a booking: deleted within 12 months.

Sharing

We never sell or rent personal information. We share it only with our payment processor to complete a card payment, or where Canadian law requires it.

Your rights

Under Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for future contact. Write to info.nnbride@gmail.com or call (867) 993-4127. We reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how this website works, for example by adding a feature that would need cookies, we will update this page and the date above before the change goes live.
